Most of the people don’t know what to focuse on while choosing the perfect shopes for them. It’s particularlyimportant in case of sport shoes. During workout your feet need special care.
First of all you should know your feet. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got Nike 606, Adidas sneaker or sneakers Reebok. If they are not properly selected you’ll suffer or, in the best case, won’t feel comfy. The easiest way is to make a “wet test”- put your foot into the water, step on a piece of brown paper and trace your footprint. You can also check where your last pair of shoes shows the most wear.
If your footprint emphasise the entire sole of your foot with little or no curve on the inside or if your old shoes show the most wear on the inside part – it means you have got flat feet and are likely to overpronation – what means the feet roll inward. It indicate look for a shoe with a motion-control function and as much suppost as possible.
If the footprint shows only a portion of your forefoot and heel with a small connection between the two or alternatively if your shoes wear out mostly on the outside edge — you probably have high arches and are liely to underpronate, what means your feet roll outward.
